What You'll Be Doing

• Creating clever, beautiful, and engaging social content (think Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes snippets, lo-fi edits, scroll-stoppers and storytelling gems).
  

• Developing social strategies that make sense for each client – no rinse and repeat.
  

• Capturing and editing photo and video content in the studio and out in the wild.
  

• Working closely with our creative team on campaign ideas, shoots, and content rollouts.
  

• Keeping your finger on the pulse of social and digital trends — and bringing fresh energy to every brief.
  

• Jumping between clients, ideas, and platforms without missing a beat.
  

What We're Looking For

• You’ve spent at least 3 - 5 years working in social media or content roles (agency or brand side.
  

• You’re a creative through and through - able to craft, shoot and edit with fast turnaround content. You’re confident with an iPhone and camera, creating content that looks good and feels current.
  

• You understand what makes content connect - across Reels, TikTok, Stories, LinkedIn, and everything in between.
  

• You’re comfortable working across different client voices and vibes.
  

• You’re the curious, clever kind who loves to collaborate and bring your own ideas to the table.
  

• You lead with kindness and leave the ego at the door. You’re organised, adaptable, and able to juggle deadlines with ease.
